Faulty or missing content
This does not limit remedies for missing, corrupted, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming files. Contact support with the order number, affected file and a description of the problem.
Subscriptions
Cancellation stops the next renewal. Previously granted files remain available. Mandatory country-specific consumer rights remain unaffected.
