Data processed
The store processes account details, optional Kickstarter backer names used for campaign reward matching, billing information, orders, entitlements, subscriptions, download history, consent records, support messages and necessary security logs. Full card data is handled by the payment processor, not stored by Kharovel.
Purposes
Data is used to create accounts, fulfil orders, secure downloads, administer Sunbound and Sunmarks, answer support requests, meet accounting duties and send newsletters where consent was given.
Processors
Kharovel uses Hostinger for hosting, WooCommerce for commerce and Stripe for payments. Brevo may process contact details for transactional or consented campaign email when that service is enabled.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, customers may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and may withdraw newsletter consent at any time.
