Digital files
Is anything physically shipped?
No. Kharovel sells downloadable files. You need access to a 3D printer or a printing service for physical miniatures.
What does one hero include?
The product archive contains 32 mm and 75 mm printable files, support variants, OBJ/MTL assets, textures, VTT portrait and token files, metadata and English lore.
Printing
Are supports included?
Supported and unsupported versions are included where identified on the product page. Always inspect supports and printer settings before committing a full plate.
Can I resize the miniature?
Yes, for personal use. Very large scale changes may require adjusting supports and tolerances.
Sunbound
What remains after cancellation?
Every previously granted model and your Sunmarks balance remain. Future chapters, member pricing and Sunmark spending pause.
Can rewards be granted twice?
No. Payments and rewards use idempotent references, and every product entitlement is unique per account.
Licence
Can I sell files or physical prints?
Not with the standard personal-use licence. Files may not be shared or resold, and commercial prints require a separate written merchant licence.
Can a print service handle my file?
Yes, solely to manufacture a personal print for you, provided the service deletes the supplied file after fulfilment.
